Several months after childbirth, Kylie Padilla is finally back to working out. According to the former “Encantadia” actress, she believes that motherhood isn’t an excuse to stop taking care of one’s body. She shared with “Chika Minute”:
“Noong buntis ako all out ako, ‘di ako nag-diet. Pero after that nakaranas din ako ng post-partum with my body.”
Kylie revealed that she exercises daily and she follows proper food diet.
“Jogging, boxing. Tapos minsan ‘yung bahay namin maraming floor, akyat-baba lang ako doon.”

When asked if she is finally returning to the ‘biz, Kylie said she’s motivated to come back very soon. She said, though, that she still wants to be a full-time mom to her firstborn, Alas Joaquin, with fiancé Aljur Abrenica.
Earlier, Kylie experienced body-shaming due to her weight gain caused by pregnancy and giving birth. She then wrote a lengthy post in regarding this on her Instagram page.

“I recently experienced some body-shaming on my last post at the gym and I didn’t really get my feelings hurt but I had this thought, people know I just gave birth, right? Still, comments kept coming in about how fat I was. And guess what yes, I am fat. I am overweight.”
“Before having a baby I had a body that was hungry, a body I treated so badly that I got used to being depressed only because I was starving. A body I was disappointed with, no matter how thin and tired I was I still was not happy because I let society tell me my body was not “perfect.”

For the actress, she is happy with her frame despite being tagged as “fat” and “chubby.” Moreover, she felt like her baby likes her new weight.
“I seem to like it too, I feel so womanly and cushiony hahha lol kulang pa nga eh feeling ko mas masaya baby ko kung mas malaki pa ako.”
