Once again, presidential granddaughter Isabelle Duterte, makes another fashion statement with her custom-made ball gown during a graduation ball last May 15. Undoubtedly, she shone brightly while wearing a glittery halter top and sparkly massive skirt with circular patterns.
Based on her Instagram account, the 18-year-old stunner wore an original creation from of a local designer named Michael Leyva. In case you’re not aware, this local designer has been dressing numerous celebrities such as Anne Curtis and Pia Wurtzbach.

When it comes to her look, professional makeup artist Winn Ramos decided to pull off a smokey eye effect using metallic colors while professional hairstylist Allan Vicentico gave a classic half-do hairstyle. To complete the fashion ensemble, Isabelle Duterte brought a metallic clutch and bangles.
