Gretchen Barretto shows us how to eat pancit canton with style

Actress Gretchen Barretto built for herself a solid reputation over the years. Everybody who knows the actress knows that she is elegance personified. You can see it through the clothes she wears, the jewelry she buys, and the house that she lives in. With this in mind, who would’ve thought that the eldest Barretto sister would actually enjoy eating Lucky Me! Pancit Canton?

Her Instagram followers were pleasantly surprised when Gretchen Barretto admitted her fondness for the famous instant noodles. It’s still hard to process that this classy veteran actress enjoys the comfort brought by the cheap and humble pancit canton.

We all know that Gretchen has the means to go to all the fancy restaurants found in the Metro. But it’s definitely nice to know that there’s something we all have in common with the fabulous La Greta. There’s just something comforting and filling about pancit canton that no one can resist.

But if you’ve seen the YouTube video posted by “Pinoy Showbiz Latest,” you’d notice the different way the actress used to prepare her meal. From what we heard in the clip, she added coconut cream, peanut butter, plus the oil and seasoning packets included in the noodle package.

The end result looked creamier and more appetizing than our standard canton. Gretchen even topped it with spring onions and cilantro! Trust this wonderful woman to elevate something so plain and familiar.

But the craziest thing is that even if Gretchen Barretto likes to eat pancit canton, her body is still as amazing and youthful as before. If you compare a picture of her beside her beautiful daughter Dominique Cojuangco, then you might think that they were sisters!
