In her previous interview with PEP, Chantal shared how she managed to achieve such an envy-inducing body. She revealed that it was her eight-year-old daughter Elliana and husband Leo Mercado who motivated and supported her.
“I have a daughter and I want my daughter to see na if you take care of yourself, if you spend money on yourself, you make yourself feel good, you make yourself feel better, you’re healthier. It’s a good investment.”
However, just like any other person who tried to get rid of extra fat, Chantal admitted that it was not an easy journey.
“I was at a point na parang feeling ko nagawa ko na lahat. I’ve done everything that I can to be in my best shape, and the problem areas are still there.”
Nevertheless, she still did her best and in the end she emerged victorious in her battle.
