Facebook page “Basketball Forever” shared the viral video online and netizens were eating it all up. The clip showed the basketball player lying on the court grounds seemingly hurt. His teammates surrounded him and everyone sported a look of worry.
A petite woman wearing white, who we guessed is the “injured” player’s girlfriend immediately went to her man and checked on him. The situation looked real that if you didn’t read the headline, you’d think that the basketball player was seriously hurt.

We could only imagine the fear and worry running through this woman’s head. But in a split second, everything changed. The man suddenly got up and rested on one knee, holding out an engagement ring revealing his intentions.
The girlfriend was obviously stunned and she quickly became emotional. His teammates and the people surrounding them cheered and hollered for her to say yes.
