It is usual for Filipino actors to try something new with their career by jumping from their home station to their rival. It has been a tradition for these actors.
Some are proven that they have made the right decision. For example, Angel Locsin became more successful when she made the risk of transferring from GMA 7 to ABS-CBN. The same thing happened to actors like Toni Gonzaga, Ogie Alcasid, and alike.

Some, however, are coming back to their home station. Jolina Magdangal did this, years after doing some projects in the Kapuso network. Pauleen de Luna also did the same move when she transferred from the Kapamilya network to GMA-7 and look what happened to them.
Well, there is a veteran actress that will make come back to the station that nurtured her potential talent. Remember Lilet?
For those who are still young and part of the millennials, Lilet played some supporting roles in ABS-CBN shows Forevermore, A Love to Last, and Langit at Lupa. She was also remembered as one of the guest winners in the fun ABS-CBN show “I Can See Your Voice”.
But for some who enjoyed the 80’s and 90’s, Lilet is a known commercial model for large soft drink company Coca-Cola as she is part of their international advertisement shot in Liverpool, England. She is also an established singer with a moniker of “The Muse of OPM”.

Lilet rose to fame when she was cast as one of the main members of GMA variety show “That’s Entertainment”. From then on, she performed in various variety shows like the now-defunct shows SOP and Sunday All Stars.
She transferred to ABS-CBN back in 2014 to try and see if her career will blossom. But now, she’s back again in GMA 7.
She is going to have a new show too in the Kapuso network titled “My Special Tatay” with actor Ken Chan. She will play as the mother of Boyet (Ken’s character).
Lilet said in a press briefing that this project is special to her. Why is that?
“Actually dito ako lumaki sa GMA, teenage years ko dito. This is going to be my first soap in GMA. I’m very excited and okey naman si Ken [Chan], ‘yung rapport namin okey namin. — Nag-quit ako for a time, ‘nung bumalik ako, actress na ‘yung in-explore na gawin. This is the very first teleserye ko with GMA,” she said.
