Rumors are widespread, and while some of them are later on confirmed by involved parties, there are some internet rumors and even pranks that take it to the next level. One of the most popular pranks that people fall for are rumors of our favorite celebrities crossing on to the next life.
There have been many victims of this from child favorite actors like Steve from Blue’s Clues to Hollywood superstars like Beyonce. Even in the Philippines, nobody is exempt from rumors like this one. As a matter of fact, former matinee idol and current alluring daddy Ian Veneracion has been in a recent controversy similar to this.
In an article that circulated online, it was said that the handsome Kapamilya actor has left the world due to a serious motorcycle mishap. Of course, fans and followers of him were shocked at the news, especially that incidents like this are always never expected.

The article even included a very suggestive photo that implies the actor being one with the creator. It includes a photo of him in a motorcycle and a faded head shot of him on the left with the words, “Ian Veneracion, 1975-2018.”
As most people normally don’t do more research about these things, many were led to believe that this was true which caused panic among fans and followers. This hysteria was then abated when Ian himself showed up to clarify the rumors.
Instead of being offended or being upset about it, Ian just had a good laugh about the whole hullabaloo. He even joked by saying, “Kaya pala hindi ako pinapansin ng asawa ko.”
His celebrity friends were then quick to make humor out of the rather fallacious news. Celebrities like Richard Gomez couldn’t help but laugh at it as well, and even commented, “Hahahaha! Mabuhay ka!”
Iza Calzado and Nadia Montenegro also commented on Veneracion’s post with, “OMG, nakakalokaaa!!!” and “Sino yung kausap ko kahapon??? Ingat Bro! You are covered by the precious blood of Jesus!”
