The audience felt the breeze of “kilig” as the two crossed each other’s path again. However, when Robi and Gretchen were up on the stage together, things got a bit kind of uncomfortable. Robi asked each endorsers some questions about the phone’s features, then he segued during Gretchen’s turn. He recalled, “Ang naalala ko actually mahilig tumawag at gumamit ng telepono si Gretch,”
The former Ateneo volleyball star was caught off guard and started to somehow be defensive on her part. However, she swung into a bright mood and just explained the importance of her phone.
Their bad blood did not end there as it continued during the selfie portion of the event. After endorsers Joshua Garcia and Julie Barreto shared a photo together, Gretchen said, “Sa EDSA ‘diba bawal na ‘yung single, kami din kailangan tatlo na kami, o ‘diba?”

Other endorsers of the brand such as Glaiza de Castro also noticed the beef between the two.
In an episode of “Tonight with Boy Abunda” last March 2017, the two have released a joint statement regarding their breakup.
“There is too much happening for the both of us right now. We have to focus on our careers. There is no appropriate time yet for a relationship to grow. But we’re not closing our doors on each other in the future,” the statement included.
Rumors about Robi pursuing 2NE1’s Sandara Park spreading, but Gretchen clarified that no third party ever happened.
